Once activated, your ticket is valid for the number of hours you’ve chosen.
The cruises depart approximately every 40 minutes.
The cruise departs from Tower Pier (near Stop 16), or Westminster Pier (near stop 18)
The evening tour is not a hop-on-hop-off tour. It starts at 19:30 from the stop at the London Eye (stop 11). The full circuit is is approximately 2 hours.

- Swap your smartphone voucher at any of the listed main bus stations for a paper ticket
- You can hop on the bus at any stop. Popular starting points include Victoria Station, Marble Arch, the London Eye, St Pauls Cathedral and the Tower of London
- Multiple-day passes must be used in consecutive days
