- You must redeem your voucher at Big Bus Information Center Stop #1 - 99 Jefferson St. the day before (or up until 10:00am) the day of your Alcatraz visit
- You will need to check in either the day prior to their Alcatraz Tour (between 9am and 5pm) or the day of their tour at 9:30am
- Photo ID is required for each adult in the group over the age of 18
- A tour departure time for Alcatraz will be assigned 10 days in advance of the tour date. Once a time is assigned, it is not possible to make any changes. Make sure you have flexibility in your schedule for the day the Alcatraz Tour is booked for
